What the team does

The team works the same fix queue you'd see in Doug, on your accounts, so everything they do is visible to you. They publish the pages people are searching for, keep your Google profile accurate, reply to your reviews, correct wrong facts wherever assistants and directories show them, and claim the directory listings the assistants trust.

Some things only you can do, like claiming a profile that needs your login or filling in a price. Those are marked Needs you, and they're usually a few minutes each.

Forum replies get special care. When customers are asking about your trade in a Reddit thread or local forum, the team drafts a helpful reply that says who it's from. A person from your business posts it from your own account. It's never automated, and never posted from a fake account.

What you get and what nobody can promise

Every Monday you get a report: how often the assistants named you in their answers, where you land on Maps, what the team fixed last week, and what's next. You can see how many customers came in from AI search and from your site.

What we won't do is guarantee a ranking or promise that ChatGPT will name you. Nobody controls those, not us and not any agency that says otherwise. Anyone guaranteeing them is gaming something that will eventually stop working. We commit to the work and report the results every week, so you can judge it for yourself.

It's $1,000 a month, month to month, and you keep everything the team builds. The standards are published: wrong facts fixed and reviews answered within one business day, a report every Monday, and a credit on your next bill if we miss.

Common mistakes

• Hiring anyone who guarantees a Google ranking or an AI recommendation, since nobody controls either.
• Letting an agency post forum replies from fake accounts, which can get your business banned from the forum.
• Handing over the work and skipping the Needs you items, which often hold up the rest.
