Questions owners ask first
- Do you promise rankings?
- No. Nobody controls Google or ChatGPT, and anyone who guarantees a position is gaming something. We promise the work, on a schedule, with published standards, and a credit on your next bill if we miss them.
- What do I have to do?
- Very little. A short kickoff call, access to your Google profile and Search Console, and an answer when we ask something only you know, like a new service or a price change. We handle the rest.
- Who makes the changes?
- Our system finds the best change for the day and drafts it. A person on our team checks every change on a desktop and a phone before it goes live.
- Do I need a new website?
- No new design. For most local businesses we rebuild the site you have into code we keep: same pages, same addresses, same words and look, just faster, usually within a day or two. That is what lets us ship changes fast, without waiting on a web developer. If you'd rather keep your builder, we publish into WordPress, Shopify, and Webflow, or work on any site through Cloudflare. No site at all? We build one.
- Is there a setup fee?
- Only when we rebuild your site. Rebuilding your site is a one-time $1,000. Or skip the fee and stay at least three months. If you leave before three months on that option, you pay the smaller of the months left or the $1,000.
- Is there a contract?
- No. It's month to month. Cancel any time and it ends with that month. The one exception is the three-month option that skips the site rebuild fee. Once your bills are paid, everything we built is yours.
- What does Doug have to do with it?
- Doug comes with the plan. When the customers we bring in land on your site or ask an AI about you, Doug answers them, books the job, and hands off to you when it needs a person.
